Conduction and report on a decision analysis about the upscaling of a given healthcare innovation within the current internal and external business environment, upon which a policy decision was based from which the organization can operate effectively within their environment –  make a decision whether to (further) support implementation.

Management Case – stating the innovation management method to be used and required managerial arrangements for implementation, and what support there will likely be for (further) investments in the innovation

  • Key stakeholders – incl. providers, partners – private, public and governmental, users/ beneficiaries
  • Critical quality of (care) services delivery success factors
  • Feasibility of the project – user readiness and required resources taken into account
  • Organizational structure requirements
  • Key managerial elements: change management, training, evaluation, timetable, milestones
